Where We Escape Holiday Management welcomes you to Pandana's 17B at Mollymook Beach.
This luxury, Hampton's resort style tri-level home is perfect all year round and located at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. Directly across the road is access to the beach and just a short stroll away you will find the renowned Mollymook Reef – the locals surf spot!
For the golfers, this property backs onto the ‘Hilltop Golf Course’, golf by morning and admire the view of an afternoon.
With high quality finishes and equipped with everything you need for a coastal, resort styled escape, this home is perfect for families. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, two living areas, three outdoor deck areas and a fenced yard - there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
For those visiting during the cooler months the ducted air-conditioning or ocean breeze will make your stay pleasant, or for those visiting during the cooler months, pour a glass of red and be mesmerised by the gas fireplace.
There are three decks to choose from depending on the weather, take advantage of the enclosed deck on the cooler nights or on the warmer nights open the louvers and welcome the sea breeze and ocean glimpse. The rear deck overlooks the golf course, features an outdoor setting and a BBQ, and will be most enjoyed by the golf enthusiasts.
On the ground floor you will find the single garage - available for your use, a rumpus room with a TV, bunk beds and two sofa beds. This is a great space for the kids, with their own bathroom and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The middle floor comprises of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite opening onto the enclosed deck and an additional bathroom.
While the top floor features two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom, one with an ensuite and an additional bathroom.
Linen and towels are provided for all guests, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.
Outside, there is an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, a large backyard for the kids and tropical gardens with Pandana trees from North Queensland.
There are four tri-level homes located next to each other however each offer their own privacy and entrance.
