The holiday accommodation occupies the entire top level of the home, while the lower level is permanently occupied. The entry ways are oriented away from one another, creating a strong sense of separation and privacy. Shared spaces are limited to the driveway, the side access pathway, and the laundry only. The permanent occupiers are quiet, respectful, and very much keep to themselves, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with ease.
Inside, Little Fish offers a comfortable space to relax. The living room is a warm and inviting space with a Smart TV, split system air conditioning, and a selection of board games for relaxed evenings in. The full kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, while the bathroom includes a shower and a small bath, ideal after a day spent at the beach.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, making the home well suited to couples, families, or small groups. Wi-Fi is provided for convenience.
Step outside onto the expansive entertainment deck, where ocean views and fresh coastal air set the scene for long lunches and evening meals. The BBQ makes outdoor dining easy, whether you are enjoying a casual meal or winding down as the sun sets.
The name Little Fish comes from a beautiful sculpture nestled within the gardens below, a charming school of fish that adds a unique and thoughtful touch to the property.
Everything Mollymook is loved for is within easy walking distance, including Mollymook Beach, the iconic Mollymook Golf Club and beachside golf course, the playground, and a wonderful selection of local cafes.
Please Note:
- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- The property is pet friendly and welcomes dogs only. Please note that the grounds are not fully or securely fenced. Outside only.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.
- The home is a split dwelling. Guests have exclusive use of the entire top level of the home and front half of the property. The lower level is permanently occupied. Shared areas are limited to the driveway, the side access pathway from the driveway to the permenant residence, and the laundry.
