- Off-street parking and free street parking (no garage access).
- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.
- There are four external security cameras at the property. Two are located at the front of the house and face the front driveway, while two are located at the rear of the house and overlook the backyard.
