The living and dining space is cosy yet elegant, centred around the original fireplace, creating a welcoming place to gather, relax and unwind after a day exploring the South Coast. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure comfort throughout every season.
The kitchen blends rustic farmhouse charm with modern convenience, fully equipped for relaxed holiday cooking and complete with quality appliances, a coffee machine and coffee provided. Adjoining this space, the light-filled sunroom offers a peaceful connection between indoors and out, perfect for slow mornings or quiet afternoons.
The two bedrooms are warmly appointed, offering a restful night’s sleep with ceiling fans and a gentle nod to yesteryear. Premium bed and bathroom linen has been selected with care, and quality toiletries are included to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. The main bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a claw-foot bath with shower, brass fittings and quality toiletries, inviting long, indulgent soaks at the end of the day.
Outdoors, the cottage offers both charm and privacy. The back garden is fully fenced and well-maintained, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal after a beach visit. - Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.
