Beautifully and carefully renovated with a soul soothing colour palette, this Mollymook holiday home is the perfect destination for your relaxing South Coast escape. With a choice of spacious indoor and outdoor living areas for lazing, tropical gardens and a cocktail bar area, you will feel like you are in your own little tropical paradise retreat. As time slows in your little tropical paradise retreat, in an instance when there are no guests booked to arrive the same day, we are more than happy to extend the check-out time to 4pm.
For the foodies, the thought-fully renovated kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances and gas cooking, Caesarstone bench top with timber features, a beautiful equipped space for one to show off their cooking skills. The homes combined living, dining, kitchen, bar and bedrooms feature timber floors throughout. Freshly painted white walls throughout, reflects the light that streams through the French doors opposite the kitchen with a view to the backyard oasis. With two comfy Hamptons style lounges in the lounge room and a Samsung art TV, plus additional living space in the games rooms/ converted garage you will also find a laundry with washer & dryer and separate toilet, Games room is equipped with a modular lounge, ceiling fan and TV, spoilt for choice on where to unwind at Coast House, Mollymook.
Rest comfortably with panel heating in each bedroom (except twin single bedroom) and air-conditioning in the main living space. Outdoor dining is also an option with a 8 seater dining table, plus multiple outdoor lounges/ occasional chairs over looking the properties vibrant tropical front yard. Also, a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off on your walk back from Narrawallee or Mollymook Beach.
Don’t forget to pack your swimmers, surfboard and the kids beach toy’s as Coast House, Mollymook is conveniently located just a 600m walk to beautiful Narrawallee Beach, 650m walk to Woodburn Deli, Mollymook IGA, BWS, Bakery and Bannister’s Coffee Van for a morning coffee and yummy treats and of an evening stroll down to Bannister's Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill taking in the social vibes amongst the treetops, with fresh seafood, burgers or steaks. For those after a little more flavour, Gwylo is the place for you. Their Asian Street Eats are bursting with flavour, relax to the classic tunes on and there are plenty of delicious cocktails or house brews to pick from. With plenty of places to explore in the local area, just reach out and we will let you in on a few of our local favs too!
Pets welcome on request only. We are open to allowing one dog, that is less than 15kg. Please provide the details of the breed prior to booking and we will advise once approved. We do ask that they remain outside at all times incase future guests have any allergies.
