The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly to the covered outdoor entertaining space. The full kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances, making shared meals effortless, whether it is a relaxed breakfast before the beach or a long evening barbecue.
Two separate living areas provide space for everyone to unwind, while Wi-Fi and Smart televisions add comfort for longer stays. The home accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms, including a main bedroom with Queen bed and private ensuite, a second Queen bedroom, and two additional bedrooms each with twin single beds. The main bathroom features a bath, perfect after sun-soaked days by the water.
Outdoors is where Casa Azul truly shines. The fully fenced yard offers privacy and peace of mind, while the solar-heated pool and spa promise long afternoons of swimming and slow evenings under the stars. Off-street parking for two vehicles and a fully equipped laundry ensure every stay is practical as well as relaxing. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.
Moments away, the calm waters of Burrill Lake, the surf at Dolphin Point Beach and the golden stretch of Burrill Beach await. Popular cafés, bakeries and parks are a short drive away, completing the perfect coastal escape.

- This property has external security cameras positioned to monitor the front driveway, front side gate and entryway. These cameras are equipped with audio capabilities.
