Peppertree Beach House offers relaxed coastal living with beautifully styled interiors, perfectly positioned a short stroll to Narrawallee inlet and beach. This classic beach house has been extensively updated to ensure every need is considered while retaining its original charm. Spread across two generous levels, the home offers space, comfort and thoughtful inclusions, making it ideal for extended family holidays on the South Coast.

The upper level is the heart of the home. Here you will find open plan living, dining and kitchen, filled with natural light and the sounds of the ocean. The dining area opens directly onto the covered outdoor entertaining deck with Weber gas BBQ, framed by greenery that creates privacy - the perfect place for long meals and relaxed afternoons. A wood fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere for cooler months, while split system reverse cycle air conditioning flows throughout the upper- level for year-round comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked for family stays, including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk steamer and an extensive array of appliances. Children are well catered for with dedicated dinnerware making mealtimes easy.

Upstairs also features a queen bedroom and a bunk room, along with a bathroom, making this level ideal for parents with younger children close by. Downstairs offers a second living area with additional smart TV and workspace, creating a peaceful retreat for older children, guests or remote work. This level includes a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms, with portable heaters provided for the cooler seasons. Families travelling with little ones will appreciate the baby-friendly inclusions, including baby gates, high chair, portacot and baby bath. A safety screen can be added around the fireplace if needed.

Outside, the level, fully fenced backyard offers a safe space for children to play. The hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach or a day exploring the inlet.

The house places you within easy reach of swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, long beach walks and picnic areas, all without needing to get in the car. Families will appreciate the playgrounds at the inlet and southern end of the coastal reserve. Tino’s café and the Hello Huey Coffee Caravan are a short walk away for your morning coffee or breakfast.

Milton and Mollymook are only a short drive away, offering excellent dining, bars, boutique shopping and championship golf courses.

Please note:

  • Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
  • This property is not pet-friendly.
  • Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels
  • Off-street parking (no garage access).
  • A small starter pack of firewood can be supplied during the cooler months. Additional firewood may be purchased from local service stations during your stay.

Stunning holiday house in a beautiful location

Its a beautiful new house, in a great calm location, and super close to the ocean and a few great local cafes. We stayed there with my 3 year old toddler and she absolutely loved the kids room with the bunk bed and the toys. The owners have thought through every detail, I could not think of anything that I missed, would change or improve. It was immaculately clean, cozy, safe for kids, everything you need for a great family getaway. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it.
