We are a boutique, holiday property management business, taking a fresh and localised approach to accommodation on the South Coast. Our portfolio of beautiful stays provide guests with a relaxing home away from home to explore the natural wonders of our stunning region.

Seeing a gap in the holiday accommodation market, we wanted to switch things up by offering a service that adapts to the ever-evolving holiday property industry. We bring industry know-how and fine-tuned processes that stem from over years of working in our local area real estate and property management. Our independent brand allows us to be innovative and agile, with a community-focused ethos.

Lily’s interest in the ever-changing world of realestate led her to join the Where We Escape team. She handles a variety of responsibilities while looking after our clients’ assets with a high level of care.

Lily’s passion for property and her dedication to helping clients, positive attitude and strong desire for success make her a, invaluable member for our dynamic team.

Lily is organised and has a great attention to detail, which is imperative to her role. She aids in the management of our social media, helping to grow it’s already strong brand. With good communication skills and a care for people and places, she puts great importance on developing and maintaining strong relationships. Warren Jones

Warren brings an analytical mind and a strategic approach to the working operations at Where We Escape. His business acumen, skills and confidence to work out solutions on complicated and sometimes stressful situations, along with his overall positive attitude, make him a great asset to the business.

As your Operations Manager, Warren is your ally in navigating the complexities of your holiday property. His approachable nature and dedication to achieving optimal outcomes make him an invaluable partner in your successful management of your home. Whether managing logistics, coordinating cleaning teams, or enhancing processes, Warren ensures that every aspect aligns with our vision and delivers results that truly matter.

Out of the office he can be found playing golf or catching up with friends over good food and wine.  Warren is also a very active community member and can be found supporting many of the areas events and charity organisations.
