The living room, inclusive of an indoor fireplace and a smart TV, becomes a cosy cocoon, inviting you to unwind with your favourite book or film on the deep sofas.

Venture beyond the walls to discover an expansive outdoor retreat comprising a north facing verandah and private backyard. The home also includes an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing away sand after a day at the beach. You are invited to take advantage of relaxing shared experiences around the BBQ, the firepit, perfect for toasting marshmallows or the outdoor lounge. Here, under the stars and twinkling night lights, meals become experiences and moments turn into memories.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful holiday home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The home itself is stunning, with modern decor. A beautiful backyard with a nice outlook. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. The check-in process was very easy. All details were thoughtfully considered, making it a great carefree weekend get-away from Sydney.

The property offered the highest quality inclusions and finishes.

Three generations stayed at this well-designed property, ideally located just 10 minutes’ walk to Mollymook Beach in a quiet residential street. The property offered the highest quality inclusions and finishes and was stylishly decorated throughout in tones of muted grey and white. Bedrooms were spacious, all three with built-in-robes and quality bedding. The bathrooms were beautifully finished and supplied with ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash for our stay. The kitchen had top quality appliances and lots of space for storage including a top of the range oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave along with plenty of pots, pans, trays, chopping boards, crockery and cutlery etc.. The dining table would comfortably sit eight guests plus there was a big kitchen island with seating. Tucked away is a great desk to use if you were working away from home. At the back of the house we spent lots of time enjoying the huge rear deck with lounge, coffee table and dining table with bbq. The kids loved the firepit (thanks for the marshmallows) to sit around on the warm evenings. The laundry had again, top quality appliances and plenty of consumables, ironing board and use of a washing line. The cathedral ceiling in the lounge was spectacular, and offered a light, open space with plenty of room for all the family. The huge wide-screened tv with surround sound was a big hit with everyone. In the cooler months I can imagine how fabulous it would be to have the wood burning stove roaring. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to staying with you again in Mollymook.
