For the boating/ skiing enthusiast In front of the house is 4 knots but there is a bay for water skiing for that within the open speed category. For boats and Jet Ski's to access they MUST enter via the boat ramp at Fisherman's Paradise and then motor around to Sunny Hills Farm.

Linen and towels are provided for you stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.
Please Note -
This property is located on a working farm and the access road into the property is shared, please be mindful of the neighbours and the livestock on the property.
The owners of the property do live in a separate home on the farm, however they will provide privacy during your stay, allowing you to enjoy a secluded escape.
This property has a strict no pet policy.
- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
