Inside: The three-story home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a private master suite on the upper level, and a large rumpus room and laundry on the lower level. A well-equipped kitchen features Smeg appliances and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Enjoy free unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix. Keep cool in summer with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Keep cosy and warm in winter with a wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, and electric blankets on all beds.
Outside: The spacious deck offers a perfect spot for watching spectacular sunsets and stargazing. The lower level of the home leads out onto a lawned entertaining area with an epic pizza oven and fire pit which you can enjoy under vast open skies. The home is surrounded by a large expanse of cleared grassed areas leading to beautiful natural bushland. Wildlife thrives here, with wallabies, wombats, and a variety of native birds calling this sanctuary home.
Location Just 10-20 minutes from beaches and the towns of Milton, Ulladulla, Mollymook, and Burrill Lake, you can enjoy local dining, live music, and stock up for your stay.
Activities: Reconnect with nature by walking or mountain biking from the front door and into the National Park. Explore the bush track on the property. Play lawn games while enjoying the pizza oven or fire pit (Finska and Boule provided). Discover lakes and beaches close by. Hire a SUP or kayak. Ride at the MUD MTB park. Go shopping in the historic village of Milton. Take a day trip south or north to explore all that the south coast of NSW has to offer. Or simply retreat to Pigeon House Lookout to replenish and rebalance. Be as active or relaxed as you choose.
