Beautiful self-contained apartment situated on the ground floor, with separate entrance amidst a wonderful established garden for your use. The owners do live in the upstairs area of the house, however they will not disturb you during your stay. The apartment boasts a large patio area where you can enjoy your morning cuppa or an evening meal. With a beautiful established veggie garden for guest use during your stay.
Escape to Milton is situated in the sought after Garrads Lane, which offers a rural setting but just a 1.7km walk to Milton shops, cafes, and pubs. Lots of opportunity for fine wine, craft beer and dining experiences. We are also only a 3.1km drive to Mollymook Beach.

New kitchenette and appliances, including two portable hotplates, outdoor Webber Barbecue, large deck with outdoor dining, reverse cycle air-conditioning, flat screen smart TV in lounge room, Yamaha digital piano, WiFi, all fittings and furniture are tastefully selected to ensure a comfortable stay and on-site parking.

When arriving at the property, please make a left turn at the salmon coloured house BEFORE reaching the house at the very top of the driveway. Please do not turn around in the neighbours driveway.

The apartment is not suitable for children due to the rock garden poses a climbing hazard.

This property has a strict no pet policy.
- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
